By downloading or using Memoir – Daily Journal (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Memoir – Daily Journal is a personal journaling application that allows users to:
Write daily entries
Add photos to entries
Track journaling streaks
All data is stored locally on the user’s device.
3. Eligibility
You must comply with all applicable laws when using the App.
If you are under the age required in your country to consent to digital services, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. User Content
Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create in the App, including:
Text entries
Photos
Any other personal data
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you store in the App. We do not access, review, or store your content.
5. Data Storage and Responsibility
All data is stored locally on your device using Apple-provided technologies.
You acknowledge that:
Deleting the App may result in permanent loss of your data
We are not responsible for data loss due to device issues, deletion, or other causes
We do not provide backup or recovery services
6. In-App Purchases
The App may offer paid features or upgrades.
All purchases are processed through Apple Inc. via the App Store. We do not handle or store payment information.
Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions and refund policies.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
